Smoking has bad effect such as lung cancer on people not only smoker but also non smoker. So many smokers want to quit smoking  themselves and nonsmoker. I thinking about how to quit smoking. First, you must decide to stop smoking. We know that this sentence “The begining is half of the whole.” If you decide to stop smoking, you already half way to quiting smoking. Second, you must throw tobacco in the trash. People say, out of sight, out of mind, so throwing tobacco away will help you quit smoking. Third, you should attach post sign on your desk. When you want to smok again, you see the post then you can control your mind. Next, you’d better tell the quit smoking to other people. If tell to other people, your friends and families help you. They can give advice and encourage. Fifth, you’d better drink water instead of tobacco. When you want to smok, you should drink water. That reduces desire about smoking. After, you need to stop to drinking alcohol. People drink alcohol, when they smoking tobacco more than usual because it looks awesome. So you don’t drink alcohol. Then you’d better go to the gym. When you exercise, your body draws off bad meterial in the body. So, you will feel fresh and reduce your desire for smoking. In addition, you should reduce stress. When people have much stress, they smok tobacco. They say smoking helps reduce stress, but that feeing is temporary. Tobacco brings more stress, so you should rest enough to reduce stress. Ninth, you should attach Nicotine pad. Nicotine pads are effective. For example, my father attached nicotine pad and he quit smoking. Finally, you ought to go to see a doctor, if it is hard to quit smoking, doctor gives you good solution. For example they can give advice and medicine. I think this process is helped quit smoking. If you practice this process, you can quit smoking.
